Return Policy

Flow Mineral Spring Water (“Flow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) does not accept product returns for any reason. Due to the nature of our goods, all sales are considered final once an order is placed.

 

We may issue a refund or provide a replacement order only in cases where the purchased item itself arrives damaged or is determined to have been damaged during transit. Damage to external shipping materials (such as the outer box) does not qualify unless the Flow product inside has also been compromised.

 

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us at hello@flowhydration.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  1. Clear photos of the product damage, and

  2. Your preference for either a refund or a replacement shipment.

 

Flow reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet these conditions or that lack adequate supporting documentation.

 

We’re committed to making sure your Flow order gets safely to your doorstep. Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, our responsibility for the shipment is complete.

 

If a package is lost or damaged before delivery, we’ll happily work with you to make it right. However, if a package is lost, stolen, or otherwise goes missing after it has been delivered to the address provided, we’re unfortunately unable to offer reimbursement or replacement.

 

For the smoothest experience, we recommend choosing a secure delivery location and keeping an eye on your tracking updates. If you ever notice something off with your delivery status, reach out to us right away. Our team is here to help navigate next steps.
