* Flow Rewards & Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1.      Eligibility

  • The Flow Rewards & Referral Program (“Program”) is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid Flow account.
  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Flow are not eligible to participate.

2. How it works

  • Existing customers (“Referrers”)
    can share their unique referral link with friends and family.
  • New customers (“Referees”) who use this referral link will receive 10% off their first Flow purchase for subscription orders only.
  • After the Referee completes their qualifying purchase, the Referrer will receive a $10 credit to use toward their next Flow purchase.

3. Rewards

  • Referral rewards ($10 credit) are applied as store credit and can only be used for purchases on flowhydration.ca.
  • Referral credits cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire 12 months from the date of issuance.

4. Limitations

  • Self-referrals are not allowed.
    Flow reserves the right to cancel referral credits for suspected abuse or fraudulent activity.
  • Referrals must be to new customers who have not previously purchased from Flow.
  • Only one referral credit can be earned per referred friend.

5. Program Changes

  • Flow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

6. Liability

  • Flow is not responsible for any errors, technical issues, or delays in processing referral credits.

7. Acceptance of Terms

  • Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
