As the days get longer and the sun starts doing the most (compliment), there's nothing better than a drink that feels light, refreshing, and a little bit elevated. Enter: Flow Sparkling: the perfect base for easy, seasonal mocktails that look impressive but are secretly effortless.
This summer, we're leaning into floral, citrusy, and iced tea-inspired combinations. First up: a Hibiscus Iced Tea Sparkling Mocktail made with Flow Lemon + Ginger.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brewed hibiscus tea (cooled)
- 1 can Flow Sparkling Lemon + Ginger (chilled) - add more if you prefer it more bubbly!
- Ice
- Optional: honey or agave (to taste)
- Garnish: lemon slices, dried hibiscus petals, or mint
Step 1: Brew the hibiscus tea
Steep dried hibiscus flowers in hot water for about 10–15 minutes until you get a deep ruby-red colour. Let it cool completely.
Step 2: Sweeten (optional)
If you prefer a slightly softer tartness, stir in a touch of honey or agave while the tea is still warm.
Step 3: Fill your glass with ice
Use a tall glass and pack it with ice to keep everything crisp and refreshing.
Step 4: Add the hibiscus base
Pour in your cooled hibiscus tea, filling the glass about halfway.
Step 5: Top with Flow Sparkling Lemon + Ginger
Slowly top the glass with chilled Flow Sparkling. We love it with Lemon + Ginger but you can use Original Sparkling if you prefer.
Step 6: Garnish + serve
Add lemon slices, mint, or edible dried hibiscus for a finishing touch. Serve immediately and enjoy the sparkle!
