How do I add a discount code to my subscription?
Log into your Flow account and once logged in, navigate to My Subscriptions within My Account. Click “Edit” on your active subscription and then type in the code where it says “Add discount.”
How do I edit my subscription?
Log into your Flow account and once logged in, navigate to My Subscriptions within My Account. Click “Edit” on your active subscription. Here, you can add products, swap products, change the frequency, change the delivery date, skip shipments and more!
How much does shipping cost?
All subscription orders, regardless of location, are delivered to you without any extra charge. All orders in Ontario ships for free. For all other orders it's a flat rate of $7.99.
Am I locked in once I subscribe?
Absolutely not! Our subscriptions are flexible because we know that life happens - you might be away for a few weeks, want to change flavours, skip or pause a week, or add more Flow to your order.
Simple log into your account (from the top right of this page) and you can customize your subscription as you wish.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Although we’d be sad to see you go, you can cancel your subscription through your customer portal. Just log in to your Flow account. From there, you'll see your existing subscriptions and can select to cancel. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us at hello@flowhydration.com
